1. Match your head circumference with the chart. 2. Move to the right and match the head
width. If your width is larger then try to match the next line. Then match your head length.
Some measurements will
give you two helmets, Try to match the helmet that comes closer to your head measurements. Remember circumference is your
first indicator, then the width of the helmet. If you have a narrow head, you may fit in the Medium to medium long catagory.
