Professional courses for GMT Technicians
Poseidon maintains the highest Technical Service standards. With advanced diving equipment, an equally high-quality maintenance network is essential. To deliver this, Poseidon operates a worldwide network of certified Service Centers authorized to perform inspections, servicing, and repairs on all regulators, full-face masks, and rebreathers in the product line.
Access to this network begins with the Poseidon GMT (General Maintenance Technician) course. This training provides comprehensive instruction on the full range of Poseidon regulator systems — Cyklon, Jetstream, and Xstream — plus the Atmosphere full-face mask. Participants gain detailed knowledge of regulator function, diagnostics, disassembly, maintenance, reassembly, and final calibration.
Participants will learn to:
Understand the function of Poseidon regulators including Cyklon, Jetstream, and Xstream systems
Diagnose issues effectively using systematic procedures
Disassemble, clean, and reassemble regulator units with precision
Perform proper maintenance and final calibration
Follow strict quality control measures within the global service network
The course is led by a Poseidon Pro Academy GMT Instructor and concludes with official Poseidon GMT certification.
